Haruharu’s black rice cleansing oil is really gentle, has little ingredients, and after cleansing my skin is not stripping or tightening at all. It removes makeup pretty well, as long as you don’t wear super waterproof mascara.

How to Use
Pump an appropriate amount onto dry hands to gently massage over skin for about 30 seconds. Apply a little bit of water onto hands to emulsify the oil into milky white and melt away all the impurities completely.
