How to Use: Slightly pull up your eyelid with a finger, place the comb closely under your lashes and brush upward. After applying mascara and before it dries, brush up your eyelashes from the root out. Wipe off any excess mascara on the comb with a cotton pad soaked with remover or wet tissue. Close the cap to store it after use.
