How To Use
1. First, wash and dry your feet.
2. Carefully cut or tear seams on each side of ankle tab to open.
3. Wrap pocket around heel. Remove sticker & fasten tabs securely around
ankle. Leave on for 20 mins.
5. Remove & discard (one-time use only).
6. Rinse and pat dry.
