How to Use

MIX VOLUMER AT 1:3 RATIO WITH FOUNDATION/BB CREAM: Use a foundation brush to apply the mixture evenly to the face. Also applicable as a glow highlighter if you dispense Volumer onto middle fingers and use these fingers to mix and apply glow to forehead, cheekbones, and nose bridge
