Customer Experience Assistant
senti senti is looking for a bright, happy, engaging Customer Experience Assistant who wants to make a difference in our client's habitat.
You will be managing customer concerns with the objective of maintaining positive customer relationships. You will interact directly with customers to listen to concerns, resolve problems, and recommend products and services according to the needs of each individual.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain strong customer relationships by responding professionally and appropriately to inquiries.
Manage the customer service process from start to finish, including asking customers about their issues, troubleshooting solutions, filing carrier insurance, assembling and forwarding information, and verifying the customer’s understanding of that information.
Document all customer calls, inquiries, and actions, and follow up with customers after a solution has been presented.
Escalate customer inquiries to the appropriate department when needed.
Research and stay up to date with company products, services, and processes.
Keep track of customer service accounts and relevant data.
Recommend process improvements and identify new product and service opportunities based on customer needs.
Maintain Product Listing by writing content to describe product listings, optimizing copy for online search, and creating a streamlined layout on Shopify.
Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
College degree is preferred.
3 years experience assisting customers in a similar role.
Knowledge in skincare or beauty preferred.
